1) What are Exclusive Listings?
Exclusive Listings are select high-intent vending opportunities sourced directly by the Vending Village team.
These opportunities are made available only to operators with an active Vending Village Pro Membership. They will not become available to non-Pro users later.
When a listing qualifies, it will display an “Exclusive to Pro Members Only” badge.
The goal is to give serious operators access to select opportunities that may be a strong fit for their vending route.
Operators should still review every listing individually. Exclusive access does not mean that every location will fit your equipment, service area, pricing, or route plan.
2) How Exclusive Listings work
When an Exclusive Listing is published:
- Pro members can view and purchase the opportunity.
- The listing displays the Exclusive to Pro Members Only badge.
- The opportunity remains exclusive to Pro members.
- It does not open to the general marketplace after the normal early-access period.
This is different from standard new listings.
Pro members receive a two-hour head start on standard listings, but those listings can become available to all users once the early-access window ends.
Exclusive Listings remain limited to Pro members.
3) Pro members still receive two-hour early access
Exclusive Listings are an additional Pro benefit. They do not replace the existing two-hour early-access period.
Pro members continue to receive access to all other new listings two hours before they become available to the general marketplace.
For operators actively looking to purchase a vending machine route or secure new locations, this provides two separate ways to see opportunities earlier:

4) What “Verified by Vending Village” means
You will also begin seeing a “Verified by Vending Village” badge on select listings.
This means a member of the Vending Village internal team contacted the business and collected or confirmed as many details about the opportunity as possible before the listing was made available for purchase.
Depending on the location, this may include details such as:
- Estimated employee, resident, member, or visitor traffic.
- Current vending service.
- Preferred machine type.
- Available placement area.
- Decision-maker information.
- Timing and service expectations.
Verification provides operators with additional information before they decide whether to pursue a location.
It does not replace operator due diligence. Before finalizing a purchase, operators should still attend the required meeting, inspect the placement area, confirm access to power and connectivity, discuss commissions, and verify that the location supports the planned equipment.
5) How to evaluate an Exclusive Listing
Access alone should not determine whether you purchase a vending machine location.
Before moving forward, check:
Route fit: Confirm the location is within a service area you can maintain consistently.
Equipment fit: Make sure the business is open to the type of machine you plan to install, including traditional vending machines, smart coolers, micro markets, or specialty equipment.
Traffic details: Review whether the reported traffic is based on employees, residents, members, customers, or total daily visitors.
Existing service: Ask whether another operator is currently servicing the property and whether any agreement is still active.
Product demand: Confirm what the location wants, including drinks, snacks, fresh food, healthy vending machine snacks, or everyday essentials.
Placement requirements: Verify power, internet or cellular connectivity, dimensions, loading access, and operating hours.
A strong vending location should fit your route operationally, not only look attractive based on traffic numbers.
